For Lead Providers
This page is to offer Lead Providers up to date information with the support and adjunct services we offer to ACC Sensitive Claims clients. These services can be added as part of a Wellbeing Plan or requested from ACC at any time after a claim is accepted.
If your clients are under the CARE Waitakere supply contract, please use our internal form system to request these services.
If your clients are outside the CARE contract, our adjunct therapies and our ACC approved groups can be accessed for your clients. You can access more information by clicking on the links below.
