Mindfulness and Tukutuku Toi
We are excited to present a new Mindfulness and Tukutuku Toi group, co-lead by Lauren Godsiff, and Awhina Murupaenga. Participants in this group will gain tools for self-awareness and emotional regulation through the learning of mindfulness and polyvagal techniques. They will also have an opportunity to take ownership of and re-tell their healing journey through the creating of Tukutuku panels.
