Seeking Expressions of Interest for Named Service Providers

CARE Waitakere Trust is seeking expressions of interest for therapists wanting to join our ACC Sensitive Claims Contract, to provide therapy to kiritaki (clients) who have experienced sexual harm/sexual abuse. 

We pride ourselves on being an excellent supplier with a reputation for great provider relationships. If you are one of the below and you are interested in joining us as a contractor, please get in touch. 

• Registered Counsellor 

• Registered Psychologist

• Registered Psychotherapist

• Registered Social Worker

Other Criteria 

• Minimum two years experience of post-graduating clinical experience, working directly with clients (internships and placements excluded).

• Training in Trauma, and/or experience at working with trauma

• A suitable clinical premises/rooms to see clients that is within the Auckland area

• Availability to undertake a minimum of 5 hours of client work per week 

We are also seeking Registered Psychiatrists for occasional assessments and other services.

This would be casual work on an as-needed basis. 

• Registered Physiotherapists

• Registered Occupational Therapists

• Registered Speech Language Therapists

• Registered Dietitians

• Registered Nurses

• Registered Social Workers

INTERN PLACEMENTS WITH CARE

Care Waitākere Trust accepts a limited number of intern placements each year from students in their final year of a Bachelors or Masters degree. We typically accept expressions of interest in July and August, to commence placement in the following year.
